On behalf of the SSC, we express our thanks for your participation in the Talent Opportunities Program (TOP) under the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP). Upon completion of the student’s placement, the Employer Exit Survey is a part of the employment agreement. Employers are required to complete the Exit Survey as part of the funding obligation. The SSC is grateful for your support towards equity deserving McMaster University students.
Now that the work placement you have provided is coming to an end, we would like to know your thoughts about your experience.
By completing the survey questions below, you will have an opportunity to review the Student Work Placement (SWP) Program, from which you received a wage subsidy, as well as an assessment of the student you hired. The information obtained through this survey will help improve the SWP Program. Your responses will remain anonymous and will only be reported as aggregated data about the Program.
